Our client is a design agency that provide creative communication solutions across all media formats including: Corporate Branding, Advertising & Design, Direct Mail, Event Management, Interactive Design & Visual Merchandise
Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- Collaborate with teams – strategy, creative/content, production, marketing – on required deliverables, and manage client expectations by identifying and delivering the best possible solutions and within client's budget
- Preparation of client presentations, proposals and reports independently.
- Present campaign ideas together with team to client.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and ensures that client issues/ queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years related experience
- Must be able to Communicate Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking staffs)
