- Salary range: $2800-$3500 + Weekend allowance $150/day
Job Description:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders.
- Handle customers sales enquiries via emails, phone calls and live chat.
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers.
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a past-paced environment.
