HR EXECUTIVE

HR Executive

Job-scope:

· To handle and administer the entire on-boarding and off-boarding process.

· Sorting candidates’ applications and collate all necessary documents required for identified candidates to be hired.

· Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.

· Maintain and update e-administration portal with employee’s records and ensure personal documents are in in place.

· Liaise with MOM, PLRD, other government agencies, recruitment teams, training school and/or other business units within the company.

· Assist in the annual Security Grading Exercise.

· Coordinating office activities.

· Conducting Research and answering calls and recording messages.

· Liaison person between Corporate and Operations Departments

· Prepare manpower reports and other ad-hoc reports as assigned.

· Developing HR policies, updating Employee Handbook and ensure that HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with the government’s labour legislations and regulations.

· Assist in administrative matters e.g., raising of purchase requisition, liaising with vendors for quotations.
