Chief - Finance & Admin

Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconcile general ledger
  • Liaise with Bankers for banking transactions
  • Liaise with Subsidiaries
  • Liaise with external auditors on annual audit including year IFRS reporting package
  • Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax submission and draft tax computation
  • Preparation of GST return
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
  • Stock reports
  • Corporate Secretarial matters
  • Other ad-hoc reports or duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Detail, analytical, accurate and good with numbers
  • Responsible and meticulous with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Able to start immediately or at short notice
