Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconcile general ledger
- Liaise with Bankers for banking transactions
- Liaise with Subsidiaries
- Liaise with external auditors on annual audit including year IFRS reporting package
- Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax submission and draft tax computation
- Preparation of GST return
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Stock reports
- Corporate Secretarial matters
- Other ad-hoc reports or duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Detail, analytical, accurate and good with numbers
- Responsible and meticulous with good communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
