- Responsible for the smooth running of banquet operations.
- Ensure set-up is in accordance to the guests' requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Check and ensure that all operating supplies are well-stocked and sufficient to run operations.
- Attend pre-function meetigns with the event organisers, disseminate information and changes to colleagues and relevant departments.
- Provide training to team members and casual labour on banquet operations.
- Enforce and uphold high standards of hygiene.
