Job Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly accounting records and financial reports, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
Assist with monthly subsidiary reporting matters.
Assist with group consolidation matters.
Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Bank balances.
Review financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
Coordinate with auditors and service providers on statutory reporting matters.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma /Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Possess good working attitude that includes initiative and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and meticulously with minimum supervision.
A team player with good communication and analytical skills.
Good knowledge and experience in QuickBooks is preferred.
