Report to General Manager and Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for HR and administrative matters in Singapore.
What you will do:
HR
- End-to-end recruitment that includes job posting, coordinate with external agencies, screening, interviewing, preparing offer proposals, and employee onboarding.
- Offboarding for resigned and terminated employees and expatriates.
- Full payroll process - incentive, overtime calculation, social security, provident funds, tax filing etc.
- Compensation and benefits administration such as insurance renewal and enrollment, claims processing, leave management.
- HR reporting and administration including work passes matters, internal and external report submission, preparation of letters, maintaining employee records.
- Organize internal and external employee training courses and evaluations.
- Support employee performance review and salary review activities.
- Review and update employee handbook in accordance with local legislations.
- Organize staff activities.
- Support Indonesia branch on HR management when needed.
General Affairs
- Act as point of contact for correspondence with government agencies.
- Office administration including document filing, equipment maintenance, courier services, business travel arrangements, pantry and stationery purchase.
- Office lease renewal.
- Liaise with IT team on setup, maintenance, and support.
- Coordinate ISO renewal and recertification as Management Representative.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proactive and a team player, able to work independently.
