Location: Tuas South (Transport provided to & from Lakeside MRT)
5 Days Work Week: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500

Responsibilities
- To assist the HR Manager on all HR & Admin matters.
- End-to-end recruitment, including advertising and interview coordination
- Liaison with job applicants/recruiters, responding to queries, and administering selection processes and assessments
- Coordinating and delivering induction programs for new hires
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Administration of HR records, including P-Files and employee records
- Handling employee leave, benefits, medical, and related matters
- Assisting in performance management, annual salary reviews, and performance bonus proposals
- Administering work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through relevant portals
- Addressing disciplinary and grievance issues
- Managing ad-hoc duties, including purchasing and replenishment tasks
- Organizing company activities and events alongside routine HR responsibilities
Requirements
- Degree/ or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 2 years of related working experience preferably in manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of labor laws
