Role:
- Lotus Notes application development, supporting business objectives while providing expertise in full software development lifecycle, from concept, design, development to testing.
- Acts as primary production support for existing Lotus Notes applications (around 50 dbs) used by various Business Units.
- Analysis and investigation for the scopes of tickets assigned, provides detailed design proposals (Requirements Document), including estimated time required to code, test and implement solutions.
- Coding/Unit Testing/System Testing.
- Coordinates with Business Analyst during UAT and fix bugs that are encounter.
- Implementation and post-implementation issues.
- Investigate and provides root cause analysis and fixes for incidents/production issues logged in Service Now.
- Generate monthly status reports for tickets assigned within the team.
- Involve in Lotus Notes Administration on some of their requests such as extracting ACL info of notes databases in an excel file.
- Participate to annual DR exercises, onsite support, and phone support during EOD batch processing.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science or its equivalent.
- At least 4 - 6 years of application development experience with Lotus Notes/Domino; with some years of experience in private banking/ wealth management industry.
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Jira (Software and Service Management) and Confluence.
- Experience on Lotus Domino R6/R7/R8/R852/R9, Lotus Notes Script, Lotus Formula, Visual Basic .NET, C#.
- Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
