- Full time position, one rest day per week
- Manage and handle client's enquiries/feedbacks/complains
- Assist with procurement of supplies, contacting vendors and recording purchase details
- Assist in restock of supplies & maintain cleanliness of company vehicles
- Attend to any ad hoc work tasks assigned by management
- Supervision on workers with communication skills and effort
- Able to supervise group of 10-15 workers
- Provide on job training to new workers when required
- Supervise all on site job progess
- Supervise all workers work quality and performance
- Monitor and communicate work site progess with messages and photos via Whatsapp
- Conduct daily check to ensure company vehicles in serviceable condition
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting for workers before job commence
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks as and when required
- Assist in loading and unloading of materials
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license is a bonus
- Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organised
- Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated
- Physically fit to work as job require lifting of supplies/equipments from time to time
- Good time management skills and coordination effort
- Candidates may be required to load and unload cleaning solutions of at least 20kg each.
- Candidates are required to handle bulky and heavy cleaning equipment.
