As a General Manager, you are responsible for leading a team to run the day-to-day operations and fulfill the following responsibilities:
Job responsibilities: -
- Creating and implementing strategies to grow the company’s business
- Planning and managing the manpower to ensure no disruption to the operations
- Ensuring that the team can deliver quality service to the customers
- Working closely with the sales team to retain customers
- Developing new solutions to meet customer’s needs
- Improving internal processes for better productivity
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the company
Skills and Qualifications: -
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience as a senior manager or GM
- In-depth technical knowledge of the dry-cleaning industry
- Able to interpret financial reports and manage the company’s budget
- Excellent leadership skills and effective conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
