Job Description
- As a Team Lead you will lead the end-to-end development of digital platform
- You have a strong focus on feature grooming, system architecture design, and sprint planning.
- You have strong software engineering skills to create and deliver robust, reliable, and scalable platforms.
- You possess the versatility to discuss solutions, estimate, and break down into tasks for the software developers.
- You easily adapt to working closely with a team of product managers, designers, frontend/backend/data engineers, and devops, influencing the right technical decision making.
- You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a product development team to build and evolve the platform technology.
- In charge of developing and maintaining platform services, such as communication, media, and other common services
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
- Write unit and API tests to identify malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.
- Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols.
- Stay up to date with new technology trends Mandatory requirements.
- Experience working with software engineers, who specialize in ReactJS or Java/Spring Boot.
- Experience with REST and various HTTP Verbs
- Experience in developing or maintain Cloud Application through at least one provider among AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience of end-to-end software design and performant architecture (serverless, containers)
- Automation with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)
- Experience of building scalable and highly available products using microservices
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Experience leading product strategy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skill
