Responsibilities
- Assist in pre and post tender document including BoQ, progress claim and cost sheet submission.
- Review and monitor project costing, project profitability and perform cost analysis.
- Organize and transfer of awarded projects to the project department for execution including assist to arrange kick off meeting with project department.
- Attend commercial meeting.
- Daily administrative work including prepare quotation, DO and Invoice.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
- Experienced in the use of MS Dynamics Business Central is an added advantage though not mandatory.
- A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.
- Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant commerce course.
- Min 3 years’ working experience plus point if it is in design & build projects, construction industry.
- Able to interpret drawings for costing and estimation is a plus point.
