Working Location: Marine Parade
Working days: 6 days a week
Working time: 10am - 930pm
Responsibilities:
- Able to manage a team of beauticians and therapists
- Able to lead the team to achieve monthly sales target
- Able to provide professional facial / massage services
- Able to provide professional consultation and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Able to handle customer complaints, motivate staff morale and provide guidance to staff
- Able to assist in hiring and training beauticians as and when required
- Able to handle emergency issue, customers’ requests, and complaints with elegance
- Responsible for the monthly and quarterly plan
- Any others task assigned by company
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven relevant working experience in hands-on massage
- At least 3 year experience of manager role in the massage industry and familiar with industry practice. Eg: Shop Manager or Outlet Manager
- Bilingual. Fluent in English and mandarin in order to communicate with customers
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
