Location: Kallang
Work Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job scope:
- Process, collate & manage clients/ASP/Regional service centers orders, documentation & invoice
- Process service center daily admin activities (RMAs, spares planning, ordering & forecasting, invoicing & resolve collection issue)
- Collate & process daily walk-in customers’ purchases
- Service daily enquiries, update customer repair & shipping status and process RMA claims
- Ensure services are invoiced on time & resolve late payment issue.
- Manage, track & regular audit spares/SKU consignment to ASP & regional service centers.
- Review & improve workflow within the service center to increase productivity.
- Liaise and follow-up with customers/ASP/regional service centers to update orders/repairs/shipping status.
- First line in managing walk-in/customers complaints/calls.
- Be the first line in handling difficult customer issues.
- Manage & arrange forwarders/shipment/returns to/from distributors and customers.
- Any duties as assigned
