Job Description :
● Oversee all projects to ensure completion on time within the scope and budget.
● Able to lead the whole project team independently and effectively to bring out the best of each individual.
● Ensure all construction and installation activities meet quality standards and comply with respective
architecture requirements, within our scope of work and supply.
● Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
● Supervise the work of the project team and provide the necessary guidance, or resolve issues and conflicts
swiftly.
● Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management in a timely manner.
● Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
● Able to control and allocate tasks to respective site manager, supervisors and workers effectively.
● Leading team of site coordinators, safety personnel and supervisors/workman for daily work progresses.
● Implement the strategies, plans & coordinate with all sub-contractors / suppliers to ensure they are able to
perform / supply materials within stipulated lead time smooth project handover, without delay.
● Attend and cater to main contractors' / consultants' needs and requirements where possible in order to
provide sound advice on alternative plans if needed.
● Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
● Recognize and solve potential potential problems and evaluate project accordingly.
● To be able to provide regular operational progress report to the Project Director.
● Able to work on all site required documents such as method statements, programmes and other relevant
submissions.
● Any other duties in relation to the Company to be assigned from time to time.
● Company is willing to provide profit sharing if PM bring in the job.
Requirement :
● Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
● Proficient knowledge in building and construction works with detailed knowledge for building processes.
● Min 3-5 years experience in construction project management.
● Good teamwork and communication skills.
● Good planning and time management skills.
● Computer literate.
