We are looking for a Temp Admin Assistant to outsource to our client.


Job Requirements:

  • Min A lvl
  • Around 1 year of work experience

Job Description:

  • To assist match up old invoices to clear old aging for e-commerce platforms (Amazon / Redmart / Shopee)
  • E-invoice submission
  • Raise CN/DN/SRC/SRD
  • Cross check invoices vs PO for Redmart
  • Cross check internal GRN vs retailer GRN to dispute discrepancies early
  • Arrange return collection for bad stocks / expiring stocks sent to Amazon and Shopee
