MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Development of design concepts including material palettes, fabrics, furniture selections
- To prepare presentation deck for presentation which include making of concept book and material boards.
- To prepare full sets of FF&E specifications and documentation for tender, which will include furniture and lighting CAD drawings
- Experienced to do coordination with the project team (ie, client, project manager, consultants, manufacturer, supplier, etc.)
- Experienced to review shop drawings, prototypes and strike-offs from manufacturers
- Liaise with international vendors
- Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in FF&E, especially in hospitality industry
- Good grasp of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture and fixtures).
- Able to problem solve and find design solutions.
- Proficient in Autocad, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual – Writing and Speaking
- Must be meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and in a team
