Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new co-living residents, including orientation and providing necessary information.
  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
  • Act as a liaison between office staff and co-living residents, ensuring effective communication.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
  • Organize and update resident records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for executives and shared spaces.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Provide technical support for office equipment and assist in resolving IT-related issues.
  • Ensure that co-living spaces are equipped with necessary technology and amenities.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
