Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new co-living residents, including orientation and providing necessary information.
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Act as a liaison between office staff and co-living residents, ensuring effective communication.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Organize and update resident records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage calendars and schedules for executives and shared spaces.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, both internally and externally.
- Provide technical support for office equipment and assist in resolving IT-related issues.
- Ensure that co-living spaces are equipped with necessary technology and amenities.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
