Responsibilities
1. Handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to: managing and booking meeting rooms, reserving the Finance Museum, managing department’s fixed assets, low-value assets, electronic equipment issuance and returns, annual inventory; requesting office supplies and other administrative tasks.
2. Daily Correspondence of Official Documents, including: handling the daily sending and receiving of official documents, registering and distributing official documents via OA system, and handling external fax documents, archive official documents yearly.
3. Participate in branch-related team work, arrangement of venues for various branch meetings and events, and administrative tasks related to departmental expenses reimbursement.
4. Assist in the management of the department’s contract management system, updating and verifying information in the regulatory and policy system, and updating the rule and regulation records.
5. Assist in routine administrative tasks related to news, publicity, and other work, and participate in important project work as per requested.
6. Undertake the responsibilities of the department’s compliance officer, operational risk officer, etc. And participate in various branch BCM drills as needed.
7. Translate relevant documents (bilingual).
8. Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Archival & Administration or related.
2. With working experience in administration.
3. Experience in using OA system.
