M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: Defu South Street
Responsibilities
Attends to and assesses all enquiries and determines the possible product application required of the project.
Identifies the needs of the project and raises, as necessary, the need for further consultation and deliberation with the other operational staff that may be required in order to come up with a more realistic offer.
Prepares quantity takes-off and estimates taking note of the various conditions and requirement required of the project (i.e. specifications, completion time requirement finishes, etc.). Sets the preliminary pricing and makes the draft of the quotation.
Secures the approval by the Director of the quotation and once approved ensures that the quotation is sent on time
Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' of QS experience
Computer skills Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. Autocad..etc)
Independent, resourceful pro-active and responsible
Work under tight time line
Must be team player
