Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and email correspondences.
- Planning and taking minutes for staff WIP meetings.
- Managing office supplies and stationery to meet office needs.
- Supervising cleaning staff and ensuring office space cleanliness.
- Organizing special functions like Lunchtime talks and social events, including coordinating refreshments.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Assisting in HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and maintaining HR records in compliance with company policy.
- Preparing onboarding and offboarding processes for new staff.
- Assisting teams with media monitoring if required.
- Providing general assistance when needed.
- Handling other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- No requirement for prior work experience
- Minimum Education Level: GCE ‘O’/’N’ Levels/Nitec.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
Salary & Working Hours:
Working Location: 86A Amoy Street
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Mon to Fri), onsite
Monthly Salary: $1,950
