Job Description
We are looking for someone with a leader's soul, who likes to work in a team, and who knows how to transmit the needs to the client so that the team can clearly understand the tasks to be developed. It is necessary to have a broad knowledge of the tool and be able to offer the client the best solution to get the most out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in terms and at a functional level.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide the team to develop campaign launches through Marketing Cloud.
- Cohesively explain requirements and tasks to be performed by the team.
- Review and ensure that the quality of the work delivered by the team is up to standards.
- Conduct trainings and create documentation of the processes and campaigns.
- Negotiate and monitor the project/s with the client.
- Collaborate with the agency’s management team in matters related to the client, business, product and people.
Required Competencies/Skills/ Experience:
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for at least 4 years
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL
- Knowledge and ability to run Salesforce tools (e.g. journey builder, content bulider, automation studio, CDP, Personalization Studio)
- Knowledge in other types of channels (SMS, APP via Mobile Studio)
- Proficiency in explaining the different modules of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and in understanding SFMC best practices
- Knowledge and skills to carry out a tool implementation
- Knowledge of other clouds within Salesforce (Service, Sales, Loyalty, Commerce etc.)
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation strategy
- Expertise in Martech Solutions, passionate about marketing automation, the user journey, and lead nurturing
- Ability to understand business needs and make sound recommendations to clients.
- Strong consultancy and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and has good time management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
