Morgan Mckinley is seeking a motivated and experienced Application Support Lead to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of application support specialists, fostering their growth and development.
- Tackle complex technical issues related to .NET, Java, and SQL/Database applications.
- Proactively improve application performance and stability through innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and fix bugs.
- Manage vendor relationships for optimal service and timely resolution of support requests.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business, IT, and management.
- Champion continuous improvement by developing and implementing process enhancements.
- Stay ahead of the curve by learning the latest technologies and trends in application support.
Are you a perfect fit? You'll have:
- A Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in application support, 2+ in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A knack for thriving in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Network and infrastructure management experience a plus.
- Vendor management and stakeholder relationship building skills.
- ITIL or similar methodology experience preferred.
