Admin Executive II Novena II Office Hours II Up to $2000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours

Salary: Up to $2000

6 months contract


Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive service experience to our customers by promptly resolving their issues and ensuring that services standards are met
  • Follow up on customers’ applications with the team
  • Adopt design thinking concepts to streamline internal work processes, resolve issues or improve service delivery to customers.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the deployment of system enhancements
  • Participate and implement other ad-hoc projects, events and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec and above with relevant working experience. Training will be provided.
  • IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in processing workflow / external customer-facing roles will be ideal
  • Resourceful and able to work independently and within a team
  • Proactive in acquiring new knowledge and be adaptive to changes
