Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive service experience to our customers by promptly resolving their issues and ensuring that services standards are met
- Follow up on customers’ applications with the team
- Adopt design thinking concepts to streamline internal work processes, resolve issues or improve service delivery to customers.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the deployment of system enhancements
- Participate and implement other ad-hoc projects, events and duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher Nitec and above with relevant working experience. Training will be provided.
- IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in processing workflow / external customer-facing roles will be ideal
- Resourceful and able to work independently and within a team
- Proactive in acquiring new knowledge and be adaptive to changes
