We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our Transformation team within Non Financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax, and Credit Reporting Operations. The primary goal is to collaborate with project managers in deploying change within the bank's Non Financial Regulatory Reporting capability, specifically focusing on Transaction Reporting. Responsibilities include documenting requirements or processes for regulatory or discretionary change initiatives by working closely with subject matter experts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to deploy change within Non Financial Regulatory Reporting, focusing on Transaction Reporting.
- Document requirements/processes for regulatory or discretionary initiatives.
- Manage initiatives from inception to implementation or oversee project life cycle parts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for alignment and successful project delivery.
- Provide business analysis expertise, with potential project management tasks as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Extensive business analysis and project management experience.
- Financial Services background, especially in Global Markets or Wealth Management.
- Strong communication skills, capable of summarizing complex issues for senior audiences.
- Must have 6 +years of Working knowledge on one or more of the APAC or global transaction reporting jurisdictions (e.g. MAS, JFSA, HKTR, MIFID2 etc.)
- Effective business partnering and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks independently.
- Familiarity with structured project management and analysis methods.
- Product knowledge in Global Markets, including OTC Derivatives and Securities.
- Understanding of sales/trading and post-trade processing.
