Job Description - Managing AP & AR Function, Which Involve Generating Quotations Processing Invoices and Payments, Verifying Company Credit Card Statements , tracking Payments, and Ensuring Timely Collection of Outstanding Receivables.
- Manage the Timely Closing Process and Reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of the financial statements of the company.
- Work with the company secretary on filing with ACRA.
- Conducting periodic reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial Records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Quaterly GST Submission.
- Daily Cashbook Update.
- Verify Sales Commissions and incnetives.
- Fully In Charge of general Administrative functions, including office administration, IT Equipment, and answering company calls.
