Job Description:
- Communicate with project teams/maintenance teams to gather information and clarify the required infrastructure
- Communicate with the system infrastructure team and vendors to make plan for them to prepare the infrastructure as required
- Manage the progress of infrastructure team and vendors, and check the team will deliver the required infrastructure project as planned
- Prepare reports for project manager and senior management team accordingly
- Someone to help in scheduling meeting, preparing reports, if there is a change request, incident etc
- In case there are any issues regarding the system infrastructure, work together with the related teams to solve the issues.
Requirements:
- Able to manage IT projects
- Liaise with technical team, Project manager and business staeholders in sharing updates onthe project status
- Good communication skills and proactive approach
- Ability to provide timely updates on project status and manage senior IT stakeholders
