Responsibilities
- Familiar with the full menu and lead the team to prepare and cook food items.
- Responsible for serving food to guests according to service procedures.
- Maintain quality of products and/or ingredients.
- Monitor the consistency of food quality levels.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely, correctly and always kept in good working condition.
- Ensure storage of ingredients and food items and preparation/storage of food is according to food safety standards.
- Maintaining food quality, kitchen hygiene and personal hygiene.
Requirements
- Willing to work in different shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and good hygiene.
