The Job
- A strong and creative communicator who can work with the CEO and COO to re-align and then focus our brand starting from the very basics.
- Strategize with C-suite team to prioritise the various plans to be executed with the alignment worked out.
- Knowledge of measuring the effectiveness of branding and communication strategies or any relevant actions taken. Able to analyse key performance indicators, KPI’s to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the brand's impact.
- Craft compelling narratives and key messaging for various channels by showcasing the company's strengths as a provider of Recruitment services, contingency workforce and HR outsourcing solutions.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with the target audience and build a positive brand image while managing the company’s online presence including our own website. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.
- Develop/Create content that resonates with clients and candidates in the recruitment industry (Addressing their specific needs and challenges) including blog posts, articles, traditional media and visual content.
- Plan and coordinate events, both virtual and physical, to promote the brand and engage with the target audience while representing the company at industry conferences and networking events.
