Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day activities of the Digital Workplace Team, handling service requests and incidents.
• Effectively communicate with end users and stakeholders in both Technology and Business teams.
• Take charge of projects and oversee various products within the Digital Workplace domain.
• Engage in diverse projects concerning Digital Workplace technologies.
• Convert business requirements into functional design specifications.
• Create and manage documents, guidelines, and operating procedures for the Digital Workplace.
• Conduct research to assess emerging technologies and stay updated on the latest trends in the Digital Workplace arena.
• Execute proof-of-concepts to verify new technologies and features within the Digital Workplace.
• Adhere to the change management process, including initiating changes, presenting them in CAB meetings, and implementing them in relevant systems.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• Practical experience with Digital Workplace tools such as Microsoft Office 365, VMWare Workspace One, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Video Conferencing, Active Directory, or similar productivity and endpoint management products.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly acclimate and grasp new technologies and tools within the Digital Workplace environment, utilizing peer learning, mentorship, and training opportunities.
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions for both team members and users is advantageous.
• Possesses a results-driven mindset capable of translating business requirements into actionable outcomes. • Collaborative team player adept at working with diverse stakeholders to accomplish security objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to swiftly learn and adapt to rapidly evolving technology landscapes.
• Knowledgeable about current IT industry trends and solutions.
• This position is part of the Global Digital Workplace Team based in Singapore.
• Occasional extended hours and/or on-call support may be necessary on a case-by-case basis.
