Job Descriptions:
Support e-commerce operations by working cross-department and teams for all E-platforms.
Support team and manage daily E-order fulfilment.
Provide excellent customer service via Live chat and Official email.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Platform management such as modifying prices or updating lists.
Manage Light administration works and Data entry Manage.
Any ad hoc project as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Singapore Citizen, PR only
Fresh graduates are welcome
Familiar or interested with e-commerce business
Positive attitude and able to work hard
Good knowledge of Social Media
familiar with Photoshop/ illustrator will be plus
Job Details and Benefits:
5 days work, (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) 8:30am to 5pm
