- Take accurate food and drinks order and be attentive to customer requests
- Knowledgeable in using the POS ordering system
- Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Provide excellent customer service to guest
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Inform customers about the day’s specials (if applicable)
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Observe and maintain cleanliness in the area of assignment
Requirement:
- Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the F&B industry
- Have a great personality and positive attitude
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good communication Skills
