Job Description
We are looking for a Solutions Architect with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud who will lead the delivery and support the agency’s commercial operations through the successful planning, onboarding, execution, and delivery of SFMC projects. This person will be responsible for the application design, development and support of SFMC related projects. The Solution Architect will also solve the technical challenges associated with scaling the deployment and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Ensure client solution requirements are understood and met by applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the SMFC platform to design optimal client solutions.
- Recommend best practices for executing campaigns using content builder, journey builder, automation studio, CDP, personalization studio, etc
- Lead the delivery of projects in collaboration with the Project manager, Campaign Specialists and contributing at all stages of project.
- Assist the team in scoping, planning, and onboarding activities.
- Provide clear visibility on the status of all in-practice projects underway and planned
- Plan, deliver and document User Acceptance Testing plans
- Provide functional expertise and authoritative advice, guidance, and training within the areas of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and providing leadership in continuous improvement of delivery practices.
- Liaise with cross functional teams across different markets to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications and business objectives as well as to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
- Lead quality management reviews and ensuring that all business and design requirements are met.
Required Competencies/Skills/Qualifications:
- Solid technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Preferably with one or more Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud certifications
- Experience in integrations, developing and executing data migrations.
- Experience in marketing automation, demand generation, personalization, MarTech and Adtech solutions
- Ability to understand business needs and make sound recommendations to clients.
- Strong consultancy and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and has good time management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
