Responsibilities:

  • Front-line customer service role
  • Assist in checking in at counter, scan and check passports and boarding tickets
  • Ensuring the smooth departure process
  • Assist in Lost & Found Services and baggage tracing activities
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry
