Job Description
- Conduct daily inspection of the building and ensure works carried out by the service providers such as cleaning, security, landscape contractors, etc are satisfactory.
- Report and raise Work Requisition Form (WRF) on any defect and tenants’ requests. To monitor the works progress till completion.
- Attend to tenants’ queries and feedback and work closely with them.
- Ensure contractors report to BMS prior to carrying out renovation and reinstatement works at the tenant premises and common areas.
- Coordinate and maintain the building signage such as the main and sub-directories.
- Assist on viewing of units by prospective tenants.
- Coordinate and supervise the Term Contractors for building and M&E services.
- Assist in administrative works such as proper filing of documents and delivering of letters / circulars to tenants.
- Manage the keypress.
- Work closely with technicians on stocktaking of building parts inventory.
- Assist in fire drill and conduct public announcement on PA system, etc.
- Travel to other assigned buildings as and when required.
- 11. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N/O' level or equivalent
- Candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or in Real Estate industry preferred.
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
