Configuration Analyst (Ref.No. R1004496)
at our location in Singapore
You will enjoy having this responsibility:
- Establish hardware configuration management baselines for all NSEW projects according to templates and customers’ requirements.
- Maintenance of Hardware Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by ensuring all documentation (BOMs, Design Book of wirings, PICOs, testing reports, site photos etc.) are accurately update for all URS projects.
- Point of contact for Handover Inspection between internal (Installation) and external customer (LTA/SMRT)
- Monitor and coordinate calibration workflow
- Maintenance of Calibration Assets List
- Prepare the software release notes and submit CDs to customers
- Update the software registration according to latest SORs
- Support the Configuration Manager in managing configuration management tools described in the CMP
- Support Configuration Manager in project CM activities:Configuration Identification
Configuration Control
Configuration Status Accounting
Configuration Verification and Audit
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by CM manager
You have:
- Diploma in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience.
- Better to have 3-5 years of related industry experience in configuration management.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in change management tools (Jira, ClearQuest, Livelink etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.).
- Good analytical skill, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to assertively implement configuration management procedures
