Assist all section of the kitchen operations and follow culinary procedures
Assist in meat production bandsaw operation
Ensure quick & productive schedule on the orders
Ensure good quality food handling of raw material according to HACCP
Maintain Kitchen & Equipment cleanliness after task, high standard at all time
Ensures that the kitchen section is compliant with food hygiene standards.
Manages & maintains inventory first in, first out.
Make sure there enough supplies for the preparation of production
Keeps inventory and orders with warehouse storekeeper
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in culinary or related
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B industry
- Basic food hygiene course
- Able to work as a team, Independent and initiative
- 6 days’ work week
