Job Responsibilities
- You will be reporting directly to Senior Manager of Toyota Sales, responsible for the initial and strategy planning of the automotive retail sales.
- Execute business objectives and operational plans and strategies to achieve business targets in accordance with both Company’s, as well as our OEM partner’s strategic objectives.
- Coach, develop and upscale the sales team.
- Participate in pricing and promotion planning to ensure achievement of the annual operation plan, both top-line and bottom-line targets. Achieving operational success against other strategic KPIs is required, such as Financing and Insurance penetration rate and Trade-in rate.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints. Come up with innovative ways to mitigate problems and improve customer’s experience.
- Oversee the showroom operations, ensure that sales showroom, processes, operations are maintained at optimal and compliant level.
- You will also be assigned functional related ad hoc projects and duties from time to time, and you will collaborate with inter-depts to ensure targets / objectives are met.
Job requirements
- Degree qualification in any discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales & People Management role
- Experience in retail industry will be highly considered.
- Possess leadership skills to lead, motivate and manage the sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Positive approach towards problem solving.

- A team player who takes ownership of his/her actions and to lead the teams to meet company’s objectives.
