Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day operation of sports facilities (swimming pools, tennis court, changing rooms) in a safe and effective manner
- Supervise and perform daily counter duties including but not limited to counter services, attending to feedback/suggestions and enforcing facilities’ policies, rules and regulations
- Responsible for the planning, organising and delivering of a range of aquatic and sports programmes catering to different levels and skills
- Responsible for the managing and initiating of sports and social interest groups including but not limited to membership recruitment and engagement activities
- Responsible for the organising of bi-monthly committee meetings including but not limited to timely follow up on decisions required and minutes preparation
- Responsible for the generating of daily facilities utilisation report
- Assist in planning and execution of Club events within budget
- Carry out any other duties or special assignments as may be assigned by the management from time to time
Requirement
- Minimum diploma in related discipline (events or sports management)
- Prior experience working in related fields will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fun and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and disciplined
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team with minimal supervision
- Able to work shift and on public holidays
