Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a few outlets for efficient operations
- Recruit, hire, and train new managers in their direct area
- Provide solutions and alternatives to overcome operations challenges for all direct outlets
- Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives
- Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use
- Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each area
- Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
- Provide excellent service experience to all customers
- Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
- Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
- Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
- Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
- Address customer queries courteously and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Able to be a backup for all position
- Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Team player
- Customer-centric
- Interested in F&B industry
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to perform shifts, and work on weekends & public holidays
- 6 days per week
- Singaporeans only
