Roles and Responsibilities:
Resource Planning & Strategy
· Resource allocation based on latest needs and shifts from project managers for project priorities.
· Work closely with various departments and teams such as Human Resource, Finance, etc for budgeting.
· Provide advice and guidance to project managers in areas such as resource allocation, estimation, planning, sourcing, resource management processes, etc.
Analytics and Insights
· Develop and maintain resource dashboard.
· Provide complex data analysis and reports to facilitate headcount forecast allocation, project utilisation, resource optimisation, etc.
Resource Management
· Have good understanding of business needs from hiring managers, project managers, and support headcount requests by validating demand, funding availability, etc.
· Validate team composition with hiring managers and project managers to ensure a good mix for better resource utilisation and project optimisation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Minimum a degree, within IT related field is preferred.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience, exposure to project manpower planning and allocation is preferred.
· Strong analytical and logical thinking with ability to work independently.
· Ability to work with various teams and departments with excellent problem-solving skills.
· Great stakeholder management skills.
