Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term business plans and objectives for marine travel services.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members and managers for marine travel services.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and feedback sessions, and provide coaching and guidance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of marine travel services, including booking, ticketing, invoicing, and reporting.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of service delivery, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in Marine Travel
- Effective communication through speaking and writing
- Adept understanding of travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations, and travel agency operations.
- Strong negotiation abilities and sound business judgment
