This position reports to Senior Director, Learning & Professional Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan and execute the development and set-up of a new certification programme, ensuring all deliverables are achieved within scope, schedule and budget.
· Lead and arrange project meetings and stakeholder engagements.
· Monitor and track project progress and prepare regular progress reports to ensure alignment to programme objectives and plans.
· Manage project budgets, expenses and resources, in consultation with Learning & Professional Development team members.
· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, corporate services, operations) and external consultants for achievement of project deliverables.
· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Ensure project documentation and records are kept up-to-date.
KEY SPECIFICATION
· A good degree from a recognised university with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in project management of cross-functional projects.
· Project management certification (e.g. PMP) preferred.
· Experience in adult education industry or legal industry would be an advantage.
· Able to build positive and productive relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders.
· Good interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills.
· Meticulous, resourceful and organised.
· Able to engage confidently with members of the Judiciary and legal community.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
