We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all financial operations within policies and guidelines.
- Lead and manage all matters on financial accounting, bookkeeping, tax management and management reporting.
- Liaise with external partieis (e.g. auditors/tax managers/corporate secretary) in ensuring compliance to laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial reports and recommendations to the management.
- Prepare budget, forecast and financial analysis.
- Work closely with internal parties and provide advice and recommendations.
- Work with team members to strengthen internal controls and improve workflow processes.
- Assist in other mattares as assigned by the management.
- Handling some urgent/time sensitive work after office hours/weekend will be required.
