Lead, Network Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, customers, partners and other relevant individuals or organizations.
  • Identify and create opportunities for networking and collaboration to enhance the organization's brand presence.
  • Organize and coordinate events, conferences, or other gatherings to facilitate networking opportunities for the organization.
  • Ensure that events align with the brand and provide valuable networking experiences.
  • Develop strategies to engage with and contribute to relevant communities.
  • Leverage community relationships to promote the organization's brand and values.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with other organizations or influencers that align with the brand and contribute to success.
  • Manage and nurture partnerships to maximize collaborative opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to build the brand's visibility.
  • Ensure consistent and positive brand representation in all networking activities.
  • Craft and deliver clear messages that align with the organization's brand
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all networking and relationship-building activities.
  • Manage and leverage social media platforms to connect with stakeholders, share relevant content, and participate in industry conversations.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions to maintain a positive presence.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and use it to improve relationship-building strategies.
  • Develop and track performance indicators related to networking and relationship-building efforts.
  • Analyze data to assess the impact of networking activities on the organization's brand and overall goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment between networking efforts and broader organizational strategies.
  • Integrate networking activities into larger brand promotion initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree ideally in Event Planning, Marketing, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field
  • 8-10 years of experience in event planning and conference management, with a focus on creating exceptional event experiences.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
  • Strong track record of planning and executing exceptional event experiences across diverse categories.
  • A deep understanding of the well-being industry and the latest trends and topics.
  • Knowledge of sustainable event practices and a passion for conscious living and inner transformation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of editorial standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and connecting people.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences to guests.
  • Sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and an ability to navigate various social situations.
