REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree ideally in Event Planning, Marketing, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field
- 8-10 years of experience in event planning and conference management, with a focus on creating exceptional event experiences.
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
- Strong track record of planning and executing exceptional event experiences across diverse categories.
- A deep understanding of the well-being industry and the latest trends and topics.
- Knowledge of sustainable event practices and a passion for conscious living and inner transformation.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of editorial standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and connecting people.
