- Position Title: Office Manager / Operations & Admin Manager
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon (8 am – 5 pm) / Tue – Fri (8 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the admin and operations team, providing leadership and guidance.
- Learn, understand and support all administrative and operational tasks/procedures.
- Supervise daily operations and utilize resources effectively, including workforce planning.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the department.
- Ensure all staff members are well-informed of new developments, procedures, and changes.
- Handle incoming phone calls when necessary and sort all office mail with utmost confidentiality and precision.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.

- Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in operations administration or a comparable leadership role.
- Excellence in proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
