On behalf of one of its clients, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for an
Inside Sales Executive (Telecom, IT Hardware)
As Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing leads into new accounts through emailing and calling.
This job includes the full sales cycle management and development of relationship with business accounts.
This position is a great opportunity for customer-oriented candidates with good communication skills to progress quickly in the growing business of IT hardware services.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify and qualify leads
- Make contact with prospects though emails, cold or warm calls
- Qualify customers and contacts and identify opportunities
- Introduce our solutions in a relevant and targeted approach
- Develop and maintain relationships into accounts
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate quotes and close deals
- Update customers information and deliver activity reports
- Conduct customer visit with manager where necessary
- Participate in other sales events and marketing initiatives as required

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business, IT, electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Successful experience in telesales, telemarketing or inside sales
- Experience within telecom or IT hardware industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented, consultative selling approach
