Location: Jurong Industrial Estate
Working Hours: 5 days (745am – 445pm)
Salary range: $3500 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Matching, coding & posting raw material invoices
- Review & process payment to vendors
- Maintain multiple records (eg. Assets, Die Set, etc.)
- Prepare Stock Reports (eg. RM stock)
- Assist in preparing reports (eg. Management & External)
- Assist in preparing company budgets
- Assist in audit, taxation etc.
- Undertake any other assigned duties by FC
Job Requirement
- Possess at least a GCE “A” Level / LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in accounting
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Training will be provided for those without relevant experience
- Some experience in stock and costing knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications
- Attentive to details and accuracy
