Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct various testing and analyses promptly.
- Analyze bulk product, in-process, raw material, or environmental samples following Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods.
- Document results in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment issues.
- Participate in method transfers, validation, equipment qualification, and technical selection of QC equipment, standards, and reagents.
- Analyze assay trends, revise and update documents.
- Provide general lab support, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in a relevant Chemistry or Science field, or equivalent.
- Have relevant work experience in a laboratory setting.
- Proficient in HPLC, Empower software, ELISA, PCR, CE, SDS-PAGE, IEF, icIEF, TOC, Protein concentration (A280 or SoloVPE), osmolality, potency methods, appearance, and other physiochemical methods.
- Familiar with cGMP regulations.
